I want to get out of the restaurant industry because I got so burnt out from it, but this restaurant I really like is hiring for servers (so a significantly lower chance of burning out again), and their menu is quite pricey, so the tips would be solid. I'd probably make more there working part-time hours than I would at most non-restaurant jobs, to be honest. Time to brush up on my wine knowledge and pairings, I guess.
